A micro team for a microbrewery – small but perfectly formed. Every one of us is passionate about our roles and we inject that enthusiasm into the work that we do – it’s our secret ingredient, together with the more conventional hops, yeast, malt and water.

Daniel Partridge – Assistant Brewer
Daniel joined the brewing team in 2015 and has been a keen and able assistant, helping ensure all the practical tasks are carried out quickly and efficiently. Daniel is now brewing full-time...and he brews a fantastic beer.
Andrea Arthur – Office Administration
With vast experience in bookkeeping, payroll and accounts, Andrea is responsible for the smooth running of our office.
Sean Kelly – Former Brewer
Blending textbook knowledge with practical application, Sean brought his degree in Science to the art of brewing. After 5 years of loyal service Sean has recently moved onto pastures new and will continue to brew. We wish him all the best for the future - he brews a decent beer!
Colin Brown – Director
A fully qualified Brewer, Colin established the brewery in 1995. Working as a brewer at T & R Theakston and James Shipstone & Sons Colin has wide experience in all aspects of the trade.
Steve Bristow – Retired Drayman
Steve joined us in 2008 and was well known to publicans to the North and East of the brewery. He was a loyal and reliable member of the team until his retirement in 2015.
Ian Tewson – Drayman
Ian has taken care of all our customers since 2009 and is responsible for getting beer to pubs on time every time.

With 5 years brewing experience and 2 years in the food industry Rory has slotted into his role with ease and is already a vital member of the team.

Will brings 4 years of retail experience working in the beer industry along with the vigor of youth!
Thomas Yates - Administration
Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in data management to make sure our systems run efficiently.
Dan Little - Drayman
Supportive and reliable, Dan's our part time driver who can help out in all areas of the business when necessary.
