From time to time, a significant date or event is enough reason for us to make a truly special brew.
Some are inspired by historical events with local connections, others are just to celebrate our own success.
White Dolphin
A clear golden wheat beer brewed with hints of freshly prepared natural orange zest and coriander, which gives the beer a sweet full flavoured character with a pleasant long lasting, refreshing finish.
Celebration Day
Brewed to mark our 20th anniversary, this Chestnut Full Flavoured Smooth Beer was first showcased in April 2015. Based on the very first beer brewed in 1995, it was such a big hit we decided to bottle it for you to enjoy.

White Knuckle Ride
The second special from our new Aviator range which premiered at the first ever Melton Mowbray Choc Fest. The beer has a white Chocolate character embellished with Coconut and Vanilla flavours which compliment this full bodied Stout.
Merry Berries
Our second festive special for 2018 sees the always welcome return of Merry Berries, but this time we've knocked the strength down a bit...but fear not, it's still strong enough to make this Dark Winter Ale the perfect beer to get you through the chaotic weeks ahead. With hints of spiced berries it makes a great addition to our range of Star Quality Beers
Blue Brew
Light chestnut in colour, our Blue Brew has a smooth full-bodied flavour with a creamy texture derived from the infusion of Stilton Whey into the unfermented wort to produce a unique beer.
